BT Broadband dips below ?20

BT has launched a 'no-frills' wires-only 512K broadband service which will cost just ?19.99 a month. Philips paints LCDs

Philips has developed a manufacturing process for LCDs that paints displays. Traditional methods of producing LCD displays involve a delicate process that vacuum sucks the liquid crystal between two polarised plates which additionally have to accomodate colour filters, electrodes and transistors.
