JK Rowling is to read from latest Harry Potter novel and participate in a question and answer session at the Royal Albert Hall, which will be streamed live over the Web. The event, kicking off a 4pm on 26 June, will be hosted by Stephen Fry, and will see JK Rowling read extracts from Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix to 4,000 schoolchildren. Yoggie hails security on a stick

The innovative start-up firm Yoggie has unveiled what it claims is the world's first full security suite on a USB stick. The company claims the Yoggie Pico device will screen all internet traffic before it reaches the PC, and without impinging on the computer's processing power. The Linux-based device includes anti-virus, firewall and anti-spam protection among a series of other security applications aimed at both businesses and consumers. ...more
