Norton AntiSpam 2004 takes on the spammers

Security specialist Symantec Corp, best known for its antivirus products has stepped into the growing market for anti-spam products. This month, the company plans to launch Norton AntiSpam 2004 which it claims will automatically filter out unwanted email and block online ads. The EC backs broadband over the electricity grid

The European Commission is recommending that member states investigate the possibility of delivering broadband connections over the existing electricity grid. It urges EU nations to come up with clear and balanced regulations that will create competition and attract companies to the field. AOL challenges Freeserve for No 1 spot
