New home DVD recorder from Pioneer
Pioneer has just announced its intention of releasing a third generation DVD recorder onto the home consumer market to follow in the footsteps of 1999's DVR-1000 and subsequent DVR-2000 units.
The DVR-7000 is based upon DVD-R/DVD-RW technology and will allow the user to record programmes onto DVD and support dubbing from other digital sources via its FireWire connection.
