Apple settles Rendezvous trademark spat A trademark battle over the use of 'Rendezvous' has been settled by Apple and Tibco Software. An out of court settlement resolves a dispute involving Apple's Rendezvous networking software and Tibco's own data sharing application of the same name, reports Apple Insider.
