Nasdaq threatens Apple with delisting

Apple has been threatened with delisting from the Nasdaq, after the exchange's Listing Qualifications Panel ruled that it is not in compliance with the filing requirements for continued listing. The Nasdaq's decision was prompted by Apple's announcement that it was delaying the filing of its latest Form 10-Q filing, a report on the company's performance during the financial quarter to 1 July. Internet industry goes dotty over EC's .eu strategy

The European Commission (EC) is making no friends after it appears to have taken a gung-ho approach to including industry representatives in the consultation process over the .eu domain.
