Investor to sue SCO over 'inconsistent' revenue forecast

Sony Ericsson yesterday unveiled its first commercial 3G phone at the 3GSM World Congress, Cannes, France. The Z1010 is a dual mode UMTS/GSM-GPRS phone, providing an always-on network connection.
