When Judge Kollar-Kotelly held her first meeting yesterday the 18 states were split three ways: six in favour of the DoJ-backed deal, 6 against and six undecided. She then extended the settlement deadline, to give a few hours more to the undeclared states. ...more Infogrames acquires Hasbro Interactive Publisher Infogrames has announced the completion of its acquisition of Hasbro Interactive after first announcing its buy-out intentions back in December 2000. The deal, which has been valued at around $100 million, means that the French publisher gains licence access to 600 Hasbro franchises, as well as over 250 new computer software titles.
