Apple has been granted permission to subpoena three Mac-oriented websites as part of its attempt to discover who leaked confidential information about a future Apple product. AppleInsider and PowerPage will be ordered to hand over 'documents relating to the identity of any individual or individuals who have knowledge regarding the source of posts on its site disclosing information', The Mac Observer has discovered.
