Intel and Micron Technology have announced they are sampling the industry's first NAND flash memory built on 50nm process technology The samples are being manufactures by IM Flash Technologies, the companies' joint development and manufacturing venture, for deployment in 4Gbit devices, with plans to mass produce a range of capacities in 2007.
