Hackers extract AppleTV operating system

No sooner had the first Apple TV units shipped to customers than the first hacks appeared on the Web, including an extracted version of streaming box's OS X-based operating system. The 200MB download was quickly withdrawn by its originator, not least because, wisely, they did not want to risk the wrath of Apple's legal might. Fifteen new ADSL exchanges confirmed

BT has begun enabling a further 15 exchanges with ADSL. This will bring the total number of exchanges upgraded since BT began its registration scheme to 33.
