The United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia has finally come to a judgement over the Microsoft anti-trust case, and it's a bit of a curate's egg. In part, the circuit judges have affirmed the decisions of the lower court and in part they have reversed them. Intel promises cheap WiFi chips with CMOS system

Intel has developed has developed a new wireless processor that promises cheaper Wi-Fi enabled devices by building a flexible, multimode radio into a chip. Canon updates its digital camera range

Canon has revamped virtually its entire digital camera product range, including two cameras specifically designed for the first time digital photographer. Two highlights are the two new additions to the PowerShot range, the latest high-end PowerShot S50 and the new PowerShot A300, which has been designed specifically for the first time digital photographer.
