Scotland wins vote over China for PCs

Some good news for Scotland, courtesy of Tiny Computers. Tiny, one of the UK's largest PC builders, has chosen Prestwick as the site to shift its manufacturing from China to Scotland. It means that Tiny PCs for the UK market will be built in the UK, and the company's MD - Andrew Walwyn - has asserted that cost savings mean UK consumers will see a drop in Tiny's prices. ...more

NVidia to design new GPU for Sony
