Vodafone preps broadband launch for triple-play

Vodafone is planning to offer fixed-line broadband in the UK from 8 January. The mobile telco will target new revenue streams and looks to boost customer loyalty for its main business. GPL version 3 makes DRM progress

A second discussion draft for version 3 of the GNU General Public License has been published. The draft contains a number of revisions, including a clarification of how it will handle DRM technologies.
