Celador Productions' global TV hit show Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? is going digital, as ITV has acquired exclusive rights to broadcast it via its ITV2 channel and the ITV Web site. Prices of 19-inch LCD monitor panels are expected to drop by more than $20 next month, according to Taiwan-based LCD monitor maker Amtran Technology. Currently, 19-inch LCD monitor panels range in price from $340 to $370. Music publishers' royalty hunger stops Microsoft subs service dead

Microsoft has cut short licensing talks with the four major record companies, according to unnamed sources cited by the Wall Street Journal (subscription required).
