ASUS launches easy WiFi

ASUS has launched its Wi-Fi@HOME platform, designed to make wireless networking easier for those without the time or expertise. The platform consists of ASUS motherboards with WiFi slot, a WLAN card, and a software utility that can turn your PC into an access point, allowing other wirelessly-enabled devices use it to share data and services such as Internet access. Staff remain the weakest link for IT security

Small businesses in the UK blame staff for their IT security woes, according to a survey from the Institute of Directors and McAfee. 50 per cent of those surveyed considered their employees were to blame for the damage caused by virus infections.
