Intel has held its annual Innovative PC Design Awards designed to recognise innovation in consumer desktops, business desktops and mobile PCs. Using Pentium processors, of course. As if an abundance of digital TV, satellite and DVD isn't enough to keep the film fan satisfied, a new website delivering streamed movies has been launched. CinemaNow is the first to offer securely streamed films on demand and is backed by Lions Gate Entertainment. Billions of pounds wasted on IT projects, says report

The UK is throwing away billions of pounds on new IT systems because the country is failing to produce the standard of professionals needed to develop and manage these projects effectively, according to a new report. Only 16 per cent of IT projects can be considered a success.
