Apple has released an updated beta of Boot Camp, its environment for running Windows on a Mac. Court of Appeals opens the Microsoft case

Microsoft is readying itself to appeal against the ruling by Judge Jackson for the Department of Justice in June that the company misused its monopoly position and should be broken up into two companies. Microsoft is to counter in the US Court of Appeals.
