Toshiba gets first shot at NVIDIA's new mobile GPU

Toshiba has announced at Comdex that it will be using NVIDIA's GeForce2 Go mobile GPU in its Satellite range of notebooks. The chip, regarded as the first mobile graphics processor, is already in volume production, and units sporting it will hit the high street some time next spring. HP claims 40 per cent faster printing for new inkjet cartridges

HP has introduced a new inkjet print cartridge range that it says can increase printing speeds by up to 40 per cent. In addition the cartridges contain a new ink formulation that extends the lifetime of the printed image - its lightfastness - beyond 100 years.
